Shipping policy

EQ Coffee currently ships within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. USPS shipping is included with MEET EQ. Tracking information is sent by email when available.

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If an address needs to be changed, contact help@eq.coffee before the order is fulfilled. Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our care.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the affected item.
